Nicki earned her Colorado real estate license in 2002 and is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, in addition to the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist, Eco Broker, Certified Distressed Properties, and Certified Negotiation Specialist designation recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate.
