Some Fridays are for showings. This one was for pedaling.
On September 25, agents from both of our offices met up at Bierstadt Lagerhaus on Blake Street in Denver, climbed onto a Pedal Hopper and spent two hours rolling through RiNo. Sixteen seats, one bike, and a group that does not usually get to hang out all in one place.
The ride
The Pedal Hopper picked us up at 1:00. From there it was RiNo at street level: murals, brewery patios, and plenty of people waving at a bike full of realtors. We made three stops along the way, and the pedaling between them was enough to count as a workout. Mostly.

The highlight was not on the route map. A few of us found a mechanical bull, and Jared filmed every ride. Those videos are now in a shared folder, and nobody is getting them back.
Happy birthday, Nick
The ride landed on Nick’s birthday, so the whole afternoon turned into his party too. He planned the day, rounded everyone up, and still let the rest of us take the credit for a good time. Happy birthday, Nick. We hope the bull was kind to you.

Thank you, Nicki
Nicki treated the whole group to the ride. It gave agents from both offices a chance to actually talk outside of a sales meeting.
Why we do this
Real estate can be a solo grind. You chase your own leads and work your own deals. Days like this remind us we are a team, and that shows up when a client needs a second opinion on a contract or a hand at an open house.
If you want to work with a group that works hard and still knows how to have fun, reach out to the Colorado Urban Living team. We would love to help you find your next place in Denver.
